I read the contract with Google a long time ago and somewhere lodged in my subconscious is the fact that comments are in a different category to posts.
One is legally responsible for keeping a high standard in one's comment system, as far as I know.
This is worth remembering, as, over time, a body of work accumulates and bloggers need to keep up with rule changes.
Blogging is not cricket. Contracts can change with any vagarie in the legal system.
Seana has a good post about anybody thinking about Google's new procedures.
Too tiring for me at the moment, but one must always knuckle down and take the system by the horns...
or whatever metaphor takes your fancy.

Mine may be a good post perhaps, but hardly definitive. As with many things, I am in over my head with Blogger. As, for the most part, we all are.
