Today the gods smiled as our Islandic friends sent yet more gritty particles our way, an ongoing attempt to signal their fiscal problems.
Wind and rain sent my television offline for a while giving an excuse to turn the propagandist circus off.
Some have had to evacuate Ireland earlier than anticipated.
Just goes to show that every cloud has a silver lining.
