There is a certain morbidity in contemporary culture.
Turn on the radio and there is a 70% chance that "negative equity" are the first words that are heard.

There was a strange encounter on BBC 2's "Newsnight" recently between Neville Brody & David McCandless.   One found the other's work "pretty".
